• $6.95 for Ground shipping on orders under $100.
• Express Shipping @ $28.00
• Orders are processed and shipped out within 24-48 hours (outside of our Tradeshow schedule.)
• Custom orders take between 14-28 Days.
  
• JoJo Silver Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages or deliveries. 

Returns: 

• Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.
• Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no user damage/wear/tear)
• Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: Flash Sales, Close Out items, or JoJo's Collections.
• All sales are final on custom order pieces!
• Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
